    Hello,

    The Rank Math PRO subscription information has disappeared from my account.

    I received a refund for Content AI Starter last year, but I have never refunded Rank Math PRO, which I paid for on August 15, 2024, and am still subscribed to.

    However, all purchase information, including the invoice, has disappeared.

    You can verify this by checking my support tickets history.

    Since I cannot attach the receipt here, I am providing the basic information that appears on the receipt. If needed, I can send the receipt separately.

    As you mentioned, I found that the invoice and subscription information were in s*************@g********.
    Would it be possible to merge my two accounts with s*********@h**********?
    If that’s not possible, could I delete the s*********@h********** account and change the email address of the s*************@g******** account to s*********@h**********?
