Rank Math plugin adds the necessary markup for rich snippets. It may take some time before they show up in the search results, please allow a few days for Google to pick up the information.
Google will not necessarily show the rating stars, though, they check a few things first and may choose not to show, for instance, they check the overall quality of the site, and if the review content is representative of the main content of the page or not.
Here is a quote from one of the Google’s help article:
We perform algorithmic and manual quality checks to ensure that structured data meets relevancy standards. In cases where we see structured data that does not comply with these standards, we reserve the right to disable rich snippets for a site in order to maintain a high-quality search experience for our users. Read our webmaster guidelines for more details.

If you believe that the rich snippets have not been added to your site. Send us a link to that particular page you are testing and we can check it using this tool:

I have repeatedly installed Rankmath , but the same thing

I think I got to solve that issue now?
When I read your response above, I tried to install the second plugin
WP Security Audit Log
but I get this error :-
The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini
I remembered I got that message before, When I tried to install the add, by uploading it to the site. Not directly from WordPress plugins search .
So looking for a solution to that error online, I thought it might be the reason, because the size of that add is the same size as our add .
I got a solution by adding that code in last lines of htaccess. file
php_value upload_max_filesize 1000M
php_value post_max_size 2000M
php_value memory_limit 3000M
php_value max_execution_time 180
php_value max_input_time 180
By the way before that I tried to find a file named php.ini But I didn’t find it, and when I created a new file, with the same name and added the code, it didn’t work.
So the solution I said above was the one that worked to resolve that issue .
It is important to clear your browser cache before making sure the problem is resolved
