The plug in disappeared

    Hi, we have instilled Rankmath a while ago, until today we noticed that the plug in is not anymore instilled. We have not deactivate it ourselves, somehow it just got uninstalled. In what instances this could happen?

    Now we are trying to instil it again, but the following error appears: “Installation failed: Destination folder already exists”. If I delete the folder, would all my set ups be lost? How should we proceed?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    You can delete the folder from your website’s root directory and try to install the plugin again. Don’t worry, you’ll not lose any of your settings as they are saved on your database.
