    Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:

    – Payments in USD $
    – Supports subscription-based payments
    – You are not using a prepaid card
    – International payments are turned on

    If everything from the above is enabled and working, you can also try using a credit card instead.

    You can also call your bank and ask what’s stopping the payment to go through and request them to approve it on your end.

    I paid many international services with my card and it was without any problem.
    Have tried again and the problem persists.

    We have checked your transaction, and it seems that your card was blocked till the 24th of March due to exceeding the maximum number of tries (15) of purchasing. In this case, you can try again in 2 days using the same card.

    Alternatively, you can use another card or another payment method to purchase the upgraded plan. Please also ensure that your payment method supports the details my colleague mentioned above.
