the option to enable auto-update is not showing in Rank Math
-
Hello, we apologize for the issue you are facing with the auto-update option not showing in Rank Math. This could be due to various reasons, such as using an older version of the plugin or specific settings in your WordPress configuration.
To troubleshoot this issue, please ensure that you have the latest version of Rank Math installed. You can check this by navigating to your WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → Version Control. If an update is available, you will see an option to update the plugin.
If you are already using the latest version and the option is still not visible, it may be necessary to check your settings or consult the Rank Math documentation for further guidance. You can find more information on this topic in our Knowledge Base.
If you need further assistance, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will be happy to help you.

Why Rank Math Settings Are Not Getting Saved? » Rank MathHello,
Also, please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use Easy Mode.
You can follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:

i’m using the advanced mode and the latest version of the plugin and the problem remains
Hello,
Please reconnect your Rank Math plugin to your Rank Math account. To do that, navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.
Then, head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > and click on the button “Remove Transients”. See the screenshot below for your reference:
Lastly, see if the plugin’s automatic update is enabled. You can check that in Rank Math > Status & Tools > Version Control > Auto Update.
If the issue still persists, then please check your website’s corn job since the automatic updates require a cron job to run on their set schedule, and there needs to be a cron job working on your website.

Hello,
In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
This issue is similar to what people have reported on the WordPress forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/enable-auto-update-column-not-avilable-in-the-plugins-screen/
It’s not specific to our plugin but the entire website is missing the option to update the plugins automatically and the column to enable or disable those is missing on your website.
We have tried all the possible solutions and checked the filesystem permissions. Everything checks out and it’s correctly set up but the WordPress installation simply is not working properly when it comes to plugin updates.
Some of the people with this issue solved it by using a plugin like the Easy Updates Manager.
We hope this helps. Please let us know if you have further questions or concerns.
Thank you.
