    I keep getting the link you followed has expired every time I try to make any changes to my information.

    We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    I need to tell you that RM starts messing up at the point where I try to update metadata forward! I think this is in the advanced settings, but I’m not sure.

    I ran a conflict check on your site using the Health check plugin and found the Update Settings is not working only when Virtue/Ascend/Pinnacle Toolkit plugin is active. I tried to reproduce the issue on my setup by downloading the Virtue theme & plugin and importing the Settings from your site but everything worked fine on my setup.

    Can you please add your site’s FTP access in the Sensitive Data Section so we can debug the issue by changing some plugin files? The 2 step validation is enabled on the cPanel access you added in the Sensitive Data Section so I cannot login to it without using the verification code.

    Hello,

    Thank you for providing the FTP access. After enabling the WP_DEBUG from wp-config.php file, I see a few errors were logged in the debug.log file and to me, it looks like your site’s memory is getting exhausted. Please contact your hosting team and ask them to increase:
    Memory limit to 512M
    Max input vars to 1000

    This should fix the issue. Please let us know if you still get the error after increasing the memory limit.
