Please try editing the titles and description from other browser.

My problem is in admin WordPress admin > Menu > Rank math > Titles $ Meta > Product categories
If you want to change anything after save changes you get this error : “The link you followed has expired.”

I could replicate the issue. admin-post.php is throwing 403 error. This could happen due to these reasons:
1. Less PHP values. I see the values are set quite high, so that should be the problem.

Hello,
I followed your instructions and installed Health Check Plugin and then I realized Woocommerce and Rank math plugin have some conflicts with each other.
I deactivated Woocommerce and then tried to change SEO titles & meta in Rank math dashboard and it worked.
what can I do?

Rather than a conflicting issue, the issue seems to be happening due to the number of product attributes you have on your site. Please try increasing the file upload size, PHP memory, and execution time limits for your website.
