We are now able to access your website’s folders. However, we can’t seem to write anything in the files so we can debug the issue further. Please change the permission so we can do write operation via FTP.
Also, we can no longer install troubleshooting plugins on your website as we are also not authorized:

1. Sometimes the plugin is not installed the first time, but it is already in the system.
2. According to the data I use for the plugin I can edit and modify files.
Please show on the video screen which folders or files you have restricted access to.
