Gutenberg editor is usually the default WP Editor since WP 5.0. Please make sure you have deactivated any other editor plugin and that you haven’t used code snippets to disable Gutenberg. If you still are unable to activate Gutenberg we would be glad to offer assistance.

Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
