The data sets are empty in your cache

    Rank Math free

I know this has been brought up a lot but I have tried a lot of the solutions offered and nothing has worked. I have installed Rank Math and am trying to set up the search console. Basically I am getting the error that says The data sets are empty in your cache. You can wait for the next cronjob (16/11/2019 00:00:00) or Update Manually. When I hit the Update Manually button it temporarily says fetching in progress but it either just gets stuck like that or goes back to update manually without fixing the error. I made a Google Search Console account for my website and verified myself in every way except Google Tag Manager. I have tried running the cron job with wp-control. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Rank Math. I have tried deleting the cron job. I have tried reading the cron job. Please advise

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Could you please get in touch with your host and check if cron events are disabled on your site?

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Ok so the cron job seems to be running now not sure if it was my hosting provider or what. Anyways I have now run into a new problem. When I go to Rank Math->Search Console->Overview the graphs ane not working and below it says “a.getTime is not a function”

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

The search console overview works as expected when I login to your site. Here is a screenshot:

Have you been able to fix this as well?

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hi Michael,

I have the same issue (empty cache). I did update the cron-jobs on the system configuration of my host. When I click on update manually, it gets stuck for minutes, but then nothing happens. A few times it said “fetching…” but then also nothing.

Could you figure out meanwhile what a possible solution is?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

This could be related to the running of cron on your site. Could you please install the following plugin and use it to stop/delete the currently running rank_math/search_console/get_analytics event:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-crontrol/
Next, manually fetch the search console data via Rank Math > General Settings page.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
