Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
This is quite unexpected, could you please share the link to the affected page so that we can check this issue further?
Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
Hello,
Thanks for getting back to us.
It is likely that the image that you are using is very small. Could you please head over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Local SEO and upload an image with a Min Size: 160Χ90px and Max Size: 1920X1080px. A squared image is preferred by the search engines.
Please let us know if the issue is still reproduced.
Thank you.
Hi Michael,
the logo has a size of roughly 850×250, I still uploaded it anew and nothing has changed, the error still occurs. I am afraid, that is not the solution.
What else can we try?Thx,
ChristinaHello,
We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/
We really look forward to helping you.
Hello,
I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?
Thank you.
HI Christina,
Thanks for the patience.
The issue is as a result of the small image. I have uploaded a new image and cleared your site cache and this has fixed the issue.
Please replace the image with your preferred image and clear your site cache.
I hope this info helps. Thank you.
Hi Michael,
thank you for the message. I am sorry, but could you let me know which image you are talking about?
Thx,
ChristinaHi Christina,
Thanks for the response.
Please head over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Local SEO and replace the logo image. This will be used as the publisher logo on the article snippet.
I hope this info helps. Thank you.
Sorry, I saw the picture you exchanged. I am not sure if it really matters what picture I use and if you are recommending to change it? Can it be seen anywhere? Does it have to be the picture of the logo?
Thx,
ChristinaHi Christina,
Thanks for the question.
This can be any image, there is no limitation. The logo will be used to represent your local business on search engines and thus it should relate to the service that you offer.
I hope this info helps. Thank you.
Hi Michael,
