Are your templates listed as post types in Rank math > Titles & Meta? If they are you can easily edit and set them to noindex then edit individual templates and have them to noindex.
If they are not listed, you can edit your robots.txt file and add a disallow to keep all bots from crawling your template files. Here is a guide on how to use robots.txt for this.
You can remove the indexed URLs by heading to your GSC and submitting a URL removal request.
