Hello,
The errors that are happening now are different and are related to the fact that all the data from our plugin on some pages is in a serialized format, seemingly because it was imported automatically from other sources.
For example, another entry is the rank_math_title which should be a string but you have the following:
a:1:{i:0;s:64:"4% de los profesionales piensan que la IAg no afectará a su rol";}
There are also other pieces of data such as rank_math_description and rank_math_seo_score affected by the same issue so unless all of those are corrected the pages cannot be loaded.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Good morning
We have corrected the following entries:
For rank_math_title: meta_id 128396 and 133097
For rank_math_description: meta_id 128404 and 133105
For rank_math_seo_score: meta_id 128384 and 133085
Previously, for rank_math_focus_keyword entries were removed: meta_id 128408 and 133109.
However, the issue persists. Are there any more parameters to track down errors for?
Thank you very much,
Hello,
The errors are not being thrown by our plugin now. You can clearly see the same in the error log which points to default WordPress files because you have incorrect entries for the edit locks on the pages affected by the error.
This what the error reads now:
[26-Sep-2024 09:44:14 UTC] PHP Fatal error Uncaught TypeError: explode(): Argument #2 ($string) must be of type string, array given in /home/customer/www/staging2.iamasigual.eu/public_html/wp-admin/includes/post.php:1714
Stack trace:
#0 /home/customer/www/staging2.iamasigual.eu/public_html/wp-admin/includes/post.php(1714): explode(':', Array)
#1 /home/customer/www/staging2.iamasigual.eu/public_html/wp-admin/edit-form-blocks.php(149): wp_check_post_lock(Object(WP_Post))
#2 /home/customer/www/staging2.iamasigual.eu/public_html/wp-admin/post.php(187): require('/home/customer/...')
#3 {main}
thrown in /home/customer/www/staging2.iamasigual.eu/public_html/wp-admin/includes/post.php on line 1714
You will need to check why that entry in the database was added incorrectly and correct it so the post/page can be opened again.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
Good morning,
We have no experience of such incidents and do not know where to go from here. Would you be so kind as to tell us what steps we should take to solve the problem?
Thank you very much.
Hello,
You can use tools like phpMyAdmin plugin to inspect the affected database entries (related to post locks) and ensure they contain valid string values. Look for any array values where strings should be.
Alternatively, if manually fixing the database is too complex, restoring the site to a state before the issue occurred might be an option.
If the issue persists or you need assistance with database corrections, we recommend consulting a developer or database expert to ensure everything is fixed properly.
Hope that helps, and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
