  • Hello – I have a site connected on the free plan – It’s saying the account isn’t connected and needs reconnection, but I’ve tried everything, and nothing resolves the issue. I’ve changed the site URLs in main WP settings, reinstalled RM, and everything – but RM keeps reverting back to the http:// version of the site

    Please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General and make sure the correct URL is set in the WordPress URL and Site URL options.

    If the issue persists, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

    Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

    It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    Are FTP logins the same as hosting/cpanel logins?

    No, with FTP, you can limit our access to your website files only.

    Unlike cPanel, we can access all your hosting features and the file manager of your hosting.

    You can ask for assistance with your web host for FTP credentials so we can access your website files only.

    However, you can also share the cPanel credentials if that’s okay with you.
