Hi,
I am writing to report a technical issue with my Rank Math account settings. I have noticed that in my account settings, there is a wrong URL for the website that shows as connected with my account. The current URL is https://wordpress-695774-2862638.cloudwaysapps.com/, whereas my website URL is cocomangotravel.com. I have attached screenshots of the error messages and the current URL in my account settings for your reference.
I am also experiencing technical issues with my website related to breadcrumbs, schema, and structured data. It appears that they are not been working properly since I upgraded to a newer version of the Astra Theme. In Rank Math, I have enabled breadcrumbs, and I am using them, but I am receiving the message “This option cannot be changed since your theme has added the support for Rank Math Breadcrumbs using: add_theme_support( ‘rank-math-breadcrumbs’ );.”
I have tried rolling back to an older version of the Astra Theme, but that didn’t work. I have also tried activating the breadcrumbs from the Astra Theme (Customizer) and using Rank Math as the source of the breadcrumbs, but it didn’t work.
I haven’t changed anything on my theme except for updating my theme, which is right on track when data in my Google Search Console shows that it’s losing the structured data (FAQ, Schema, etc..). I have also updated the Rank Math plugin, but that didn’t seem to have an effect on anything.
Could you please assist me in resolving these issues? How can I correct the URL for my website in my account settings and ensure that it displays the correct domain (cocomangotravel.com)? Is there any setting in the Rank Math plugin, updating it, adding custom code, or any other solution available to ensure that it displays the breadcrumbs and structured data from Rank Math instead of the Astra Theme?
If you require any further information or details, please do not hesitate to ask. I’ll be upgrading my account in the coming weeks to the pro version of the plugin to use more advanced Schemas and other features, so I need to resolve this issue first as soon as possible.
