Once the Rank Math metabox has been enabled for the custom Taxonomy via the Titles & Meta settings page, the plugin will make it possible to add custom meta-content with no need for additional steps. This data will then be saved in the term meta table.

Hi Michael, the above works fine for a single custom post type associated with a single taxonomy but not for the case of multiple custom post types associated with one taxonomy as the meta content will need to be unique for each taxonomy/custom post type association. Thoughts? Thanks, Martin

In this case, creating additional fields for the rest of the post types might have to be the best workaround.

Hi,
You will need to do it via custom fields because Rank Math doesn’t have an option for this. We add meta on a per post/page/CPT basis.
