I checked the source of the product page and the price with tax is already included. The price without tax is under the priceSpecification Schema where valueAddedTaxIncluded property is false, meaning that it is the amount without the tax, whereas the actual amount with tax is included in the offers Schema (which is what defines the actual/current price of the product).

Thanks for your help. However, I believe your are mistaken since there are two product schemas. Google seems to be crawling the second Product Schema for pricing and not the first one which states the price incl. VAT and excl. VAT, not sure why I even have two but maybe it is done that way when there are reviews?
If you look at the “Second” product schema in the validator, you will see that the price is excl. VAT. Furthermore, the price excl. VAT is seen under Rank Math generated “Meta” and under “Facebook Microdata” in the source code of the website and not the price incl. VAT.
The issue if I don’t get it resolved is that I will get value mismatched errors on Google and they will temporarily remove all products from their shopping ads, I would appreciate if there is a known fix to this?

I checked and the second product Schema is not added by Rank Math. It seems like some other plugin/theme is adding the other Product Schema with the price excluding the taxes. You can have a look at the screencast in the sensitive data section of this ticket.
Filter/code that you’ve added cannot modify the values of Schema generated by any other plugin/theme.
It is not recommended to have multiple Product Schemas for the same product on the same page. Please follow this troubleshooting guide to determine the plugin/theme adding the other Schema: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/
Once found, disable the Schema and other similar features of that plugin/theme and that should fix the issue.
