    We are a government agency and want to purchase the pro plan subscription. When attempting to make the purchase, we were charged tax. We are tax exempt. Can I submit our tax exemption documents?

    If you have a VAT exclusion, then you can use the following form to request the VAT refund from FastSpring (our payment processor): https://fastspring.com/consumer-support-form/tax-vat-gst/
