taking my credits without doing anything

To address this, please ensure that you are logged into the correct account that holds your Content AI credits. You can check your remaining credits by going to your Rank Math account area here.

If your credits are correct in your account but not reflecting on your website, please follow these steps:

1. Go to your WordPress admin area.
2. Navigate to Rank Math > Dashboard > Help.
3. Disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account.
4. After reconnecting, refresh your Content AI credits again.

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

Please note that each usage in the Content AI feature is triggered by a user action and is logged in the History tab. Credits will be consumed regardless of whether you use the generated content or not. You can see how the credits are used in your WP Dashboard → Rank Math → Content AI → History tab.

If the History tab is empty, please let us know here and we’ll investigate further.
