Sorry to disappoint, but our refund policy does not extend to subscription renewals. Before the subscription happens, our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge so the users can cancel their subscription(s).

I didn’t receive an email because I stopped using the email associated with that account. As an early adopter, I am disappointed that I have paid for something I will never use.
