Please ensure that the tags on your website are set to index.
Head over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Tags > Enable Tag Archives Robots Meta > Check index checkbox.
Once done, clear your website cache and check the sitemap.

thank you for your help now working fine. really I love rank math before I use Yoast for around 10 years but when I use my one-site rank math I switched all my sites on rank math.
