We released a beta update that fixed a PHP warning related to the Table of Contents block on some setups.
Regarding some headings not showing in the TOC, Could you please check if the headings are not excluded upon editing the page here: https://rankmath.com/kb/table-of-contents-block/#exclude-headings
Please note that the Table of Content Block will be greyed out if there is an existing TOC on the page.

Thanks for replying. I’ve not excluded any Headers. However, including the RankMath TOC caused the tab to freeze and I cannot edit the post.
Is there a way of fixing it?

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
