    Hi,
    I have ticket #892802 outstanding, l am chasing a response on it.
    I am unsatisfied with what has been done and what has been communicated.

    It is becoming very frustrating, they are not listening to the customer need, just taking a cookie cutter approach. I am ready to blast the communications all over RankMaths and our own social media. We have a global following of over 1mio, l am feeling the only way to get some sort of response to complain publicly about it and show everyone how RankMath treats it loyal legacy customers.

    I have been waiting for a response and no one is responding.
    It is not good enough, the fact that l need to raise another ticket to try and address the first one is a major red flag to RankMath management, that their support system is not working adequately, and the money we have spent and increasing prices is hurting the end user not helping them.
