For editing the Titles and Meta Description of Product Categories globally, please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles and Meta > Product > Product Categories.
You’ll find options – Category Archive Titles and Category Archive Descriptions there.
Please edit them as per your requirement.
Please note that the Global Category Archive Description will be fetched if:
1. The content from the SEO Description field is missing
2. The Product Category Description is missing
