subscriptions missing

    Hi,
    I had a business subscription and just received a notification that my payment failed due to my changing banks. When I try to update my subscription and payment there is no option for this.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Make sure you have the right payment method is added to your account.

    Please ensure that your payment method supports the following:
    – Payments in USD $
    – Supports subscription-based payments
    – You are not using a prepaid card
    – International payments are turned on

    To update a payment method please follow this guide:

    When your payment details are right, you will be able to update your subscription.
