I checked your previous support tickets and they seem to be categorized as PRO/Business. If your account is labeled as Free, you can’t access those tickets. Please renew your PRO/Business subscription to access the tickets again.
As for your payment method issue, can you please check your spam folder as it is possible that the email from FastSpring is moved to that folder?
As for your username, at the moment, you can’t change the username in Rank Math’s account settings. We can however change it for you. Could you please let us know your preferred username? We need to make sure that is available and not taken by anyone else.

We have changed the username as requested.
For the payment method, please try entering the email address that is attached to your FastSpring account. I have shared it in the sensitive data section. Also, since your subscription is already expired, it will not get renewed and you will have to purchase a new subscription. All the settings will stay the same and you will be able to access the PRO features after purchasing the PRO subscription.

The e-mail you mention about FastSpring no longer exists (the previous company was closed). So i cannot access it. Do i need to change the payment method or i can buy a new one and put new payment card?

You can buy a new subscription without changing your payment method. You can enter the details of your new payment method while purchasing.
