Hi, I am using same email id which used to purchase and i got invoice of the purchage and i am using the mail id but still showing “License: FREE” and when i check invoice section then there showing invoice of purchage.
Kindly check and solve this issue.

Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
Please ensure that you have installed both the Free and the PRO plugins on your website as you need them together. You can download the Rank Math PRO plugin files from your account page: https://rankmath.com/my-account/

Once done, reconnect your Rank Math plugin to your Rank Math account. To do that, navigate to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account.
