Do you want us to refund one of them to your payment account or do you want to apply both of them to your account?
As having 2 Business plans under one account is not optimal. You should rather opt for the Agency plan.

Hi, we had to go back through the purchase process yesterday to get the Business Account to show on our dashboard and be able to download the packet for WordPress.
Can you please refund the payment from 26 January and leave the Business version from 1 Feb 2022 as it is.
Not sure if there was a glitch at your end that prevented the Business version showing in our account after the first attempt.

Thank you for the confirmation and again, sorry for the unwanted trouble.
As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.
If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.
For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
