Subscription Renewal

  • Hi RankMath Team,

    Hope all is well.

    The site I have RankMath PRO on was crushed by HCU and I haven’t worked on it for a few years. I can’t justify spending any money on the site at all, so I removed the site from RankMath PRO (connected websites and subscriptions) last week before it renewed for another year – but it still renewed this morning.

    I thought by removing the site from connected websites and subscriptions it would downgrade me to RankMath (without PRO) until I have time to to get back on the site – at which time I would upgrade again.

    Could you please refund me the charge that has gone through today and explain how I downgrade to the regular version of Rank Math for the time being?

    I’d also like to say I like what you guys are doing. I find the emails you send with videos and tips far more helpful than Yoast. Keep them coming!

    We don’t see any subscription on this account.

    It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

    We need to see the order number that starts with RANKMATH2#####-####-#####

    I’ve got screenshots of the renewal order email and the transaction in my bank account. How do I attach screenshots to this thread?

    My order reference is: RANKMATH250831-4492-42251B

    I can send through the screenshots if you need them and let me know how to attach. I also don’t know how to use fastspring.com – just looked at the site and can’t see anywhere to find a receipt?

    Must have set my other website email as the account – c******@b*********************. Sorry!

    Please let me know what I need to do next to get this resolved, and thanks for understanding – I appreciate it.
