Check if You’re Using the Latest Version of Rank Math PRO: Ensure that you are using the latest version of the Rank Math PRO plugin. You can check this by going to WordPress Dashboard → Plugins and looking for the version of Rank Math PRO installed on your website.
If you find that your subscription is active and you are using the latest version but still facing issues, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

We can see the Rank Math PRO and Content AI Creator subscription on your account. Could you please confirm which subscription is not working on your website?
If you’re unable to use the Rank Math PRO on your website, please make sure that you have installed the PRO version alongside the Free version of the plugin.
You can follow this guideline to install the PRO version of the plugin on your website: https://rankmath.com/kb/rank-math-pro-license-key/
Once done, please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help, and from there disconnect and reconnect your Rank Math account and see if that fixes the issue.
