subscription not showing after purchasing pro

    Hi There,

    I just upgraded to the pro subscription and received confirmation details by email etc. However its not showing up on my wordpress dashboard or when I login but it does show payment was made for it – subscription shows free but invoices show pro

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Please ensure that you have installed the PRO version of the plugin as you need it together with the Free one.

    You can download the PRO plugin here: https://rankmath.com/my-account/

    After that, you can reconnect your Rank Math account again to activate the PRO feature in Rank Math > Dashboard > Help page.
