Subscription not linked with account

    Good morning, I’ve just bought a subscription (order number RANKMATH220503-1490-65119), but I do not have access to the downloads of the Pro plugin or my RankMath account. Could you please help out and make sure my RankMath account associated with my email address f***************@o************** is correctly linked with the Pro subscription?

    We were not able to find the order with the order ID that you shared. Please share the receipt that you must have received from FastSpring. You can also share the last four digits of the card that you have used and the last name of it so we can locate your order.
