  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with your Content AI subscription not being activated. It seems that there might be a problem with the connection between your account and the subscription.

To resolve this, please ensure that you are logged into your Rank Math account. You can do this by clicking the Connect Now button when prompted in the Content AI section of your WordPress dashboard. If you continue to experience issues, we recommend replying to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

Thank you for raising this concern!

    Hello,

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

We have manually disconnected the website from our end. Now, please try to reconnect your website with your Rank Math account by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help and then click on Connect Now.

Once you click on Connect Now, please ensure that you’ve selected the correct account and then click on OK, Activate Now, as shown below. In case you’ve multiple Rank Math licenses associated with your Rank Math account, then you can click the License drop-down to choose your preferred license to activate on this website.

Also, please make sure that you are running the latest version of Rank Math plugin.

Let us know if this fixes the issue.

Please do not hesitate to let us know if this doesn’t help or you have any follow-up queries.

    Hello,

If this issue persists on your site we might need to take a closer look at your settings.

Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

The issue was solved. As I said. I hope no one went in and unsolved it…

    Hello,

Thank you for the update. Since the issue was already resolved, no further action was taken from our side. Please rest assured, that nothing has been changed.

Let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Thanks.
