Subscription never activated or used

    Hi.

    I was about to start a subscription using this account but noticed inadvertently today that I bought one using another email address near Cyber Monday last year.

    Why was I confused? Because I kept getting emails from Rank Math asking me to subscribe. I asked myself, “If I already have a subscription, why would I get upsell emails?”

    Is it my fault? Yes, I should have known better or remembered. However, as a result of blanking out, I never activated the PRO subscription on any of my websites either.

    With that said, I was wondering if there is a possibility to extend my subscription to start today instead or extend the expiry by six months before the next bill so that I can fully maximize the use of the amazing features and showcase it to my friends and colleagues.

    I would really appreciate the nice gesture of an extension.

    We have extended your subscription for 6 months so your next payment date now is April 30, 2023. Hope that helps.
