I can now see the subscription but not entirely sure how to upgrade my free rankmath plugin to the pro? Do I not need a license key or something?
I have found that I need to have both free and pro installed and activated which I have now done.
I have disconnected my account and then reconnected again. However, I still don’t have access to all the PRO features?
Any help would be great.

After reconnecting, clear the transients at Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Remove transients

Sorry this isn’t working.
I think the original plugin is linked with my main admin account but the plugin was purchased on a seperate email.
Please refund the transaction and i’ll order on my other account – I think that may be the issue?
Is it possible to have quicker replies please as we need this working today?

As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction and replied to your other ticket that you created using your other account. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.
If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.
For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
