    Hello, hope you are well.

    We have a situation where we need to repurchase subscription due to the fact that we can’t change country on the invoice. I would like to make sure if asking for a refund will create problems to the plug in that is already live on the website. I would really appreciate help in this case as this is important to us. What could you suggest in this case to have outcome of correct invoice and no impact to the plug in?

    In this case, there’s no need to repurchase the plugin.

    We already contacted support, like I mentioned we can’t change country on the invoice, the support refused to do that.

    We can refund the current subscription back to your account and you can re-purchase the plugin with the correct information in the invoice.

    During that time the PRO features will remain active on the website.

    Let us know if you want to do that and we’ll process the refund from our side.

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.
