Subscription failed

    Hi, my subscription has failed because I’ve got a new business debit card. I’ve added new details to the subscription and added the card to my payment details. Could you try and process the payment again please?

    Our payment provider will try to rebill your payment method 1, 3, and 5 days after the initial renewal failed.

    So, if you updated the payment method already it’s just a matter of waiting for FastSpring to try the payment again.
