Subscription doesn’t show up under my account

    I have a business subscription and when I try to login via the console in WP, it doesn’t find the account. When I go to the store, I can see my purchase and my invoice. It works on the site I originally installed it on, but I cannot tell in the admin interface what account it connected with.

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for getting in touch.

    It looks like the purchase was made from your account linked to email ID m****************@g********

    You can log in using that ID at https://rankmath.com/my-account/

    Alternatively, you can reset your password from the same page as well.

    We can also merge your accounts if you prefer. We just need your preferred email ID for that and we will keep only that one active.
