    Hi,
    I am trying to understand when I did purchase my subscription for rankmath, and why no history is showing in my account. After deinstalling some sites, currently, I have rankmath pro on 1 site. But this site is not showing in my account.

    Admin System Info for orterforlivet.se says
    version: 1.0.99
    pro_version: 3.0.21
    database_version: 1
    plugin_plan: Pro

    User is lollovestlund

    Perhaps my subscription has expired, but there are no traces of it in my account. I think I did open it November or December last year.

    To my knowledge, I have 1 account only.

    Please help to understand the current situation.

    It seems like you purchased the plan with some other email address as I noticed in your profile, you are still using the Free plan and there’s no transaction history.

    Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account and confirm the purchase?
