    Hi, I got an email this morning regarding canceling my pro subscription to Rank Math, but the company credit card is there, and all the information is correct. I don’t understand why the renewal didn’t go automatically.

    The domain is [sensitive data]

    Can some one help me? thanks

    It seems like your payment method wasn’t working and that’s why the renewal was unsuccessful and the subscription was canceled. However, you can purchase a new subscription to continue using the premium features.

    All the settings you have made will remain intact once you reactivate your subscription.
