It is possible that Google Search Console is reporting an old error. You can click on “Validate Fix” to ask Google to check your website once again and verify that the noindex tag no longer there.

1). You can find the button to create a new ticket and the top of each topic section as shown below:

2). Have you been able to check your page source code and searching for the robots meta tag to check if this is appearing as noindex? Could you also share a link?

3). Could you please check whether the email that you have use to verify your site is listed as a property owner on your search console dashboard?
If it already is, could you please try a different verification method such as DNS TXT method?

I have checked your pages but there does not seem to be any noindex tags.
Could you please clear your cache and then validate the fix on your search console dashboard?
