To make your tag links to index, you can go to the WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math plugin Dashboard > Titles & Meta > Tags and there, in the section called “Tag Archives Robots Meta”, uncheck the “No-Index” option.

With that said, we do not recommend getting tag archives indexed.
They add no value to your website and in most cases – dilute your website’s authority. But, the final decision is yours as always.
