    i am following your instructions and trying to deal with Oauth screen but submit for verification is not heighlighted and this message shows when i hover my mouse over it ……Before you can submit your consent screen, you need to set up an OAuth credential for this project
    I cant set this up as that page wont let me on the credentials page as there is a warning saying …..To protect you and your users, your consent screen and application need to be verified by Google. Learn more
