Hello,
We apologize for the issue you are facing with indexing more than 47 pages on your client’s website. It can be frustrating when pages do not get indexed as expected, especially after following best practices.
Regarding Bulk Indexing Error
For the bulk indexing error you encountered, it would be helpful to know the specific error message to provide more targeted assistance. Please include that in your reply so we can assist you better.
Instant Indexing Tool
The Instant Indexing feature in Rank Math is still effective for notifying search engines to index your pages quickly. To use it, ensure that the Instant Indexing module is enabled by navigating to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO. You can then submit individual pages for indexing directly from the Posts page by selecting the Instant Indexing: Submit Page option.

Alternatives to Rank Math
While we appreciate your interest in other plugins like CrawlWP SEO, we recommend sticking with Rank Math’s built-in features for indexing. Using multiple SEO plugins can sometimes lead to conflicts and unexpected behavior.
Best Practices for Faster Indexing
To ensure that your pages get indexed as quickly as possible, consider the following best practices:
- Quality Content: Ensure that the content on your pages is unique, valuable, and comprehensive.
- Internal Linking: Use strong internal links to connect important pages on your site, which helps search engines discover them more easily.
- Check for Errors: Use Google Search Console to check for any errors or issues that might be preventing indexing, such as 404 errors or pages blocked by robots.txt.
- Submit Sitemap: Make sure your XML sitemap is submitted to Google Search Console and is up-to-date.
- Monitor Performance: Regularly check the performance of your pages in Google Search Console to identify any issues.

Instant Indexing Tool
I have verified that the Instant Indexing module is enabled, and I have submitted pages individually. However, indexing remains significantly delayed. Are there any specific API configurations or advanced settings that need to be adjusted for better performance?
Current Status & Steps Taken
On-Page SEO: Fully optimized, including meta tags, structured data, and keyword placement.
Internal Linking: Strong internal linking structure is in place.
Google Search Console: No major errors, no blocked pages in robots.txt, and no indexing restrictions.
Sitemap Submission: Updated and submitted in Google Search Console.
Performance Monitoring: Pages remain in the “Crawled – Currently Not Indexed” status despite these optimizations.

Hello,
Thank you for your patience.
Please note that the status Discovered – currently not indexed indicates Google has discovered the page, and even wants to crawl the page. But this was expected to cause an overload on the site, hence Google has rescheduled the crawl.
As a result, Google may delay this crawl for several days after it has been discovered, and the crawl status will remain empty until then.

Also, please note that Instant Indexing helps your website’s pages and content be crawled instantly. However, using Instant Indexing does not always result in the indexation of the content, as it may take anywhere from minutes to days or even weeks before a URL is indexed.
It doesn’t guarantee that your pages will show up in the search results, but you can still use it on your website.
Moreover, Google assigns a crawl budget to your website depending on these factors (especially these two) and that has a direct effect on how soon or how late your content can get indexed.
It depends on a lot of factors. Your posting frequency + the domain authority are just two of the many factors Google considers when indexing some new URLs.
With that said, we have found that barring any issues like copied/DMCA/low-quality content issues. So, we request you kindly wait for the SERP to include your site on search results pages.
Looking forward to helping you.
