Dear Rank Math Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue with activating my Rank Math Pro license.

I purchased the Rank Math Pro version.
My email address associated with the purchase is [a********@g********].
This email address is also the same as the one I am using for my Rank Math account.
However, despite the purchase, the “Pro” version is not activated on my WordPress website.

Could you please investigate this issue and assist me in activating my Rank Math Pro license?

Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

It seems like you purchased the plugin with some other email address.

Can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?

We need to see the order number that starts with RANKMATH2#####-####-#####
