    Dear Rank Math Support Team,

    I recently set up a payment for my Rank Math subscription via Amazon Pay, and I received a confirmation email from Amazon Pay with the following details:

    Merchant: Rank Math (o*****@f*************)
    Setup Date: Sunday, March 2, 2025, at 4:42:07 PM CET

    However, my Rank Math account is still showing as Free Plan, and I have not received any confirmation from Rank Math regarding the subscription upgrade.

    Could you please check the status of my payment and update my account accordingly? Let me know if you need any further information.

    We apologize for the issue you are facing with your Rank Math subscription. It seems that your payment via Amazon Pay has been confirmed, but your account is still showing as a Free Plan.

    To resolve this, please ensure that the email address associated with your PRO plan matches the one on your Free account. If they differ, we can assist you in merging both accounts or changing the email connected to your PRO plan.

    You can reply to this ticket with the email address you used to purchase the PRO plan or a screenshot of the invoice you received from FastSpring.com. This will help our support team locate your PRO account and update it accordingly.

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Your account has been already upgraded to the PRO version. You’ll also notice that the PRO badge is already showing on your account details.

    If you haven’t already, you can go through this video tutorial that shows you how to get started with your PRO/Business license:

    Please install the Rank Math PRO plugin files if you haven’t already from your registered account from here:
    https://rankmath.com/my-account/

    Once you have activated the PRO plugin, please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the connect/disconnect and then the connect button.

    You will be taken to RankMath.com again where you can connect your account to activate your license.

    You do not need to remove the free version of the plugin. Everything will be ported over to the PRO version. Here’s our guide about this topic: https://rankmath.com/kb/should-i-delete-free-plugin-after-upgrading/

    Also, please ensure that there are no Ad-Blockers installed in your browser or your website is excluded in order to ensure a smooth experience with Rank Math PRO.

    Then head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
