    : Clarification on Inaccurate Statistics in RankMath Overview

    Dear RankMath Support,
    I hope this message finds you well.

    I am reaching out to inquire about an issue I am encountering with the statistics displayed in the RankMath Overview section. As shown in the analytics for the last 30 days, the numbers for total impressions, total clicks, total keywords, and average position are all showing as zero, despite active traffic and SEO efforts on my website.
    Additionally, while the “404 Monitor” and “Redirections” sections display data such as log count and URL hits, the general analytics appear to be inaccurate.
    Could you kindly clarify why these statistics might not be updating correctly? Any guidance on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    There are a few reasons why you might be seeing zero for total impressions, total clicks, total keywords, and average position:

    1. Google Search Console Connection: Ensure that your Rank Math is properly connected to Google Search Console, as it fetches this data from there.
    2. Data Delay: Sometimes, there can be a delay in data fetching from Google Search Console, especially if there have been recent changes or updates.
    3. System Status: If the data is still not appearing, you can check the system status by going to Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → System Status and then click Copy System Info to Clipboard. This information can help diagnose the issue further.

    If the issue persists, please follow the steps below to create a troubleshooting log so that we can check the issue further for you.

    1. At first add the following filter to your website:

    add_filter( 'rank_math/analytics/log_response', '__return_true' );

    2. After adding the filter, please run the pending Scheduled Action from your WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Scheduled Actions > Pending  or you can try visiting the following URL:

    When some actions have completed running, please check the Analytics log under wp-content/uploads/rank-math and share that with us. You can upload the log file using this tool.
