Sub-categorys missing in serp

    Rank Math free

    Hello,
Can you pls help me to understand why in Google serp for some posts, I can see the correct sub-category order, while in some other cases I can see just the main category and not sub-category? I’ve checked on WordPress and sub-categorys have all the same identical settings, so I assume the problem is not coming from WP settings.
Here https://ibb.co/6gD5d62 the picture that summarizes the two layout cases I can see my blog in Google SERP. I would like every time it would show both category and sub-category.
Can you help me to understand that? Is that something can be fixed in Rank Math configurations?

If you need further information to better troubleshoot it, just let me know.

    Thanks
    Christian

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for the delay and for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

Unfortunately, it will be ultimately Google’s decision to show the breadcrumbs structure for your website. I’ve checked your site using Google’s Rich Results test, and your breadcrumbs markup are already correct showing EuropaSpagna.

I’ve also checked your first URL sample, and it’s showing a different result on our end, despite having the correct breadcrumbs markup

I hope that helps. Thank you, and please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime if you need further assistance with anything else.
