  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with structuring your sitemap. While Rank Math automatically generates sitemaps that are primarily designed for search engines, customizing the appearance of your HTML sitemap to be more user-friendly, like the examples you provided, is not directly supported through the plugin settings.

However, you can create a custom HTML sitemap page using the Rank Math plugin by enabling the HTML Sitemap feature. Here’s how to do it:

    1. Enable the HTML Sitemap: Go to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Sitemap Settings → HTML Sitemap and toggle the HTML Sitemap option.

    2. Customize the HTML Sitemap: After enabling it, you can customize the layout and design of the HTML sitemap page by editing the page where it is displayed. You may need to use custom CSS or a page builder to achieve a more structured layout similar to your examples.

    3. Add Links Manually: If you want more control over how links are displayed, consider creating a custom page and manually adding links in a structured format that suits your needs.

For more detailed guidance on configuring sitemaps, you can refer to our documentation on how to create an HTML Sitemap using Rank Math.

If you have further questions or need assistance with specific configurations, please reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.

Thank you for raising this concern!

For example, if there is a parent page https://www.adventist.org/end-times/ and it has 20 subpages, like https://www.adventist.org/end-times/what-is-the-battle-of-armageddon/ can see children under the parent in the sitemap?

    Hello,

Unfortunately, by default, we don’t have to option to organize the HTML sitemap like this: https://www.bankofamerica.com/information/personal/

But your child page should appear like the following:

Since the HTML sitemap is not appearing like this on your end, please follow this guideline to check if any other plugins/themes are conflicting with Rank Math: https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.
