It just means you have some job posts where the expiration data is already in the past so Google wants you to change it to a new one in the future or to remove the job post (since it is already expired).

but i have many jobs, how can i begin to set the date one by one.i dont want to remove them.

If you don’t want to remove them then unfortunately you will need to edit them one after the other and set a custom expiry date for each one on the Rank Math schema options.
